Nine screens, in the order you would actually hit them on a Tuesday afternoon — the jobs board, the survey canvas, the heat-load breakdown, the ranked shortlist, the branded proposal, the deposit, Aurora, and the two your customer sees.
Forty-one minutes is the average survey-to-signed time across the FoxFace demo dataset. Every screen below runs on that demo firm’s data.

01 — The board
Every lead becomes a job the moment it lands, whether that's from the phone, your website form or the homeowner configurator. The survey, the design, the quote, the deposit, the install pack and the F-Gas record all hang off that one record.
Lounge — 4.8 × 3.6 m Drawing live
02 — The survey canvas
Width, length, ceiling height, glazing, orientation, how many people use the room. Type it in as you measure and the scaled layout builds in front of the customer — which is when they stop treating the visit as a sales call.
Heat load — Lounge Within tolerance
Design conditions 32 °C dry bulb / 21 °C indoor · calibrated to your region
03 — The breakdown
This is the screen that ends the haggling. Instead of "it needs a 3.5", the customer sees that 1.24 kW of it is the fabric, 0.86 kW is that south-west window, and shrinking the unit doesn't shrink the room.
Unit shortlist — 3.16 kW required Ranked by fit

Priced against your rate card — equipment cost, labour, materials, mark-up and VAT treatment are yours.
04 — The shortlist
Not a catalogue. Four units that actually suit the load, each priced at what you would charge to fit it — equipment, labour, materials, mark-up and VAT, off your own rate card. List price never appears.

05 — The proposal
Generated from the design in one tap, itemised the way you itemise, and signed on the glass while you're still standing there. No PDF emailed on Thursday evening, no wondering whether it was opened.
Take the deposit 25% · £693.00
Processing at cost through the provider you connect.
FoxFace takes no commission on your work.
06 — The deposit
Collected against the signed proposal, on the same screen, in the same visit. Card, Klarna or Direct Debit — whichever gets it over the line — and the install date is confirmed before you've picked your bag up.
Aurora Reads your pipeline
07 — Aurora
Ask in the words you'd use on the phone. Aurora reads the same records you do, answers the question, and then does the thing — drafts the follow-up, books the chase, pulls the report.
How much sun does the room get?
3.5 kW
From £2,410 installed, inc VAT · about £84 a year to run
The same engine the surveyor uses — so this is the number they'd have given you.
08 — The homeowner configurator
Five plain-English questions, on your own website, in your own branding. It runs the engine you survey with, so the online number and the surveyed number agree — and then it books the survey straight into your diary as a real job.
Your installation On track · 19 Aug
09 — The customer account
One link, no password to forget. They watch the job move, sign, pay, download the paperwork and message you in one place — which is roughly four phone calls a job you stop having to take.
Illustrative screens reproducing the FoxFace product tour, running on its demo firm's data. Job values, win rates and prices are sample figures — not ArcticNord's trading figures, and not a forecast for your territory.
Configured to your rate card, your margins and your territory, under your own account with your own data.
